Slow, Shimmy, Travel Steps
There is an order to classes and practice sessions that is balanced and gives time for variety: Warm ups, Slow, Shimmy, Medium tempo and cool down. This class shows how the tried and true structure of classes (and practice sessions) that Tamalyn taught in her book "Bellydancing for Fitness" (2004) brings us back to this refreshingly varied format. You don't need to have the book to take the class. 

Recordings of each class will be available the same day on Zoom. You can request Google Drive versions e mailed to you as well.
